The Beehive Technique

Hi dearest my quiller friends, how are you today??
Hope you all be fine and your doing well.

I really love this words...so inspirational...

"Quilling is not always just about how neatly or how extensively you do it. A new invention can change the face of quilling"

This words inspired me to playing with my slotted tool and quilling strips today.
Finally....I found a technique to make flower petals. This called:

"THE BEEHIVE PETALS"

Basically, this petals arranged from swirl shapes only, not using the looping technique.

One most important of beehive technique is the swirls have to arrange just from one continuous strip, not arranging from some swirls then you fill it in one by one.

I made three flowers, with different shapes, used the beehive petals. I called these beehive flowers.

Here they are:

using single strip to make swirls

using single strip to make swirls

using double strips to make swirls

With all my pleasure, you can use this technique to make your quilled creations if you want, Friends :)

Thank you so much for stopping by and so appreciate your comments.
Happy quilling

hugs,
Susan
