I regret to inform you that I have decided to close this challenge blog.

Cook up has been running for just 14 months, but due to lack of interest and

the sad fact that the entry levels are not increasing I now feel that I am wasting mine and the design teams time.

I would like to say a HUGE Thank you to Svit, Dwita and Monika for the support they have given me over the past year and for their hard work in producing the wonderful pieces they have designed for the inspiration of all.

Finally I would like to say thank you to all those who have entred , I hope you have enjoyed the challenges I have set.

I will leave this post up for one month , then the blog will be deleted.

2 in 1 Quilling Card

I really love the design of these. I think this is a unique card.

This card has two faces, side A and side B (like a cassette...he he he....), and has two themes in one card, but I don't know which the back side and the front side. Both look the same side.

Idul Fitri with Yellow and White Quilling Card

I entered one of my Lebaran/Idul Firti card project for 2 challenge:

Daisy Doodles Creative Challenge with theme "Yellow and Cream or White"

and

Clean and Simple Stamping FTL 103 with sketch:

Dimentions the card is 4" x 6"

I have combined two colors: white and yellow for this card. I think this very beautiful combination color. So bright.

I used tendril digi image as the background for the quilling. In Indonesia, diamond shape(= ketupat) is a symbol of Idul Fitri.

The lace on the right, I used "Doily Lace" edge punch by Martha Stewart. And than I put a white zigzag ribbon on the upper side lace.

The sentiment, I used "Alhambra" font. These fonts are usually used for Islamic themes.

For this week, Clean and Simple Challenge has a nice sketch.....very simple and so elegant.

I have missed a lot of DDSB challenge a few weeks ago . Because a lot of projects I have to do. I'm so sorry to all.

A Small Reminder of João Vasco's Christening.

This cards have special requested for reminder of João Vasco's Christening (Portugal).

He is very cute child and very handsome.

He really love with koala, so His Mom, Sonia, asked me to made his cards with koala.

Finally, I found design of koala by quilling, after trying many times.

They really loves this design.

After that, Sonia aksed me to made 100 koalas. Wow......

I'm very pleasure to make all of these.

For this card, I used digital imaging and than combined with quilling.

We had just lost a very we loved on May 1st, 2010.

Her name is Diniwati Suryaatmaja. She is our lovely aunt.

Uak Ik Dini is an amaziiiing woman/figure for us.

During her life, She really loved us like her own child.

Soo with all of our love, We will dedicate this nice notebook (blocknote) for Uak Ik Dini.

Hopefully, She has received in beautiful Heaven.
